BoltGPU 10-31 is a robust subsystem engineered to deliver GPU acceleration for rolling stock and automotive applications.
It is built upon the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX, integrating a 6-core high-performance ARM CPU with a 384-core GPU and 48 Tensor cores, offering exceptional power efficiency and accelerated computing capabilities of up to 21 TOPS.
The BoltGPU 10-31 is an energy-efficient, standalone unit capable of supporting both traditional and GPU-accelerated workloads in harsh environments, and it is certified for automotive and railway applications, such as EN50155, EN45545, and E-Mark.
With a comprehensive suite of high-speed interfaces, the BoltGPU 10-31 is adept at handling multiple video streams from high-speed, high-frame-rate cameras: it provides 3 GbE, 4 GMSL, and 3 USB3.1 Gen 2 ports (with noise and surge protection) for connecting sensors and creating complex network architectures. Wireless connectivity is also advanced, featuring Wi-Fi 6, BT5.1, and support for an optional LTE modem.
The BoltGPU 10-31 offers ample storage capacity for video and other data through an internal NVME unit; it also supports removable storage via a microSD interface.
Onboard features include isolated CAN-FD and optically isolated DIO, GNSS with unconstrained dead reckoning (optional RTK), and rugged M12 connectors.
Additional transportation and heavy-duty enablers are a wide-range power input with ignition sensing (24-110VDC, EN50155) and an EN50155 OT3 operating temperature range (-25 to +70°C).
The BoltGPU 10-31 shares the same form factor as the BoltGATE 20-31 and its expansion modules, allowing for the creation of hybrid architectures with additional functionalities.
